Darren joined Vision ESOP Valuation in October 2025 and contributes to the team by conducting research, financial analysis, and preparing reports for ongoing ESOP clients while supporting new transaction implementations.
Prior to joining Vision, Darren held multiple roles at a global office furniture manufacturer, where he supported product management through pricing strategy, data analytics, and process optimization initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cornerstone University.
Darren enjoys solving problems with data, improving processes, and spending time with his wife and three children.
