Caleb joined Vision in October 2025 and contributes to the team by conducting research, financial analysis, and preparing reports for ongoing ESOP clients while supporting new transaction implementations.
Caleb’s prior experience includes roles at Kellanova, where he worked as a Senior Analyst in Sales Planning, supporting major retail partners through financial modeling, forecasting, and promotional profitability analysis. He also gained experience in procurement and financial planning, focusing on cost savings, vendor term optimization, and cash flow management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University. His academic and professional experiences have fostered a strong analytical foundation and a passion for valuation.
