Britt Bruinsma
Manager
Britt joined Vision ESOP Valuation in 2019 and as a Manager is actively involved in the firm’s annual ESOP valuations and transaction opinions. She utilizes her knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and the analysis of guideline public companies and M&A markets in the application of various valuation methodologies and preparation of valuation reports. Throughout her career, Britt has worked with companies in a diverse array of industries across the United States.
Prior to joining Vision, Britt spent four years at the Windquest Group, a family owned, private equity office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Britt graduated from Calvin College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in finance and a minor in accounting.
Britt is an active member of The ESOP Association, where she frequently speaks at conferences, has served on the fundraising committee for the Great Lakes regional conference, and has been an advisor to the Michigan Chapter officers. She is also a member of the ESOP Alliance and the American Society of Appraisers and is currently pursuing her Accredited Senior Appraiser designation.
Outside of work, Britt enjoys traveling, exercising, golfing, watching the Wolverines, Lions, and Tigers, volunteering at her church, and spending time with her family, especially her nephews and niece.
