Blake Roberts
Manager
Blake is a Manager at Vision ESOP Valuation and has been providing valuation services since 2019. He has experience valuing closely held businesses and equity interests for purposes including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) administration, gift and estate tax planning, financial reporting compliance under ASC 820, and transaction advisory related to acquisitions and divestitures. Blake has extensive experience supporting ESOP valuations and transaction analyses and works closely with trustees and company management teams in connection with annual valuation engagements.
Prior to his current role, Blake provided valuation services across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including equity interests, partnership stakes, and corporate entities. Earlier in his career, he held corporate finance roles involving financial reporting, budgeting, and oversight of significant operational initiatives.
Blake earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree with concentrations in finance and management information systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s E. Phillip Saunders College of Business.
